Working with Troy and Sarah has been extremely beneficial for me on and off the field. I went in with the initial goals of being a better person and trying to help better others around me. I also wanted to improve my work/life balance & Rugby. They have both been amazing with their support and advice on a weekly basis. A wide range of topics are discussed. Like nutrition, workout routines, and mindset skills & tools to keep one focused, motivated, and happy. The things I learned are valuable tools that a collegiate athlete - or really any person - should have in their toolbox to reach their maximum potential. The things I learn and discuss with Troy and Sarah are concepts that I plan to keep around my entire life.regret not learning these things earlier.
