As we celebrate the growth of the professional game in North America, it's important to recognize the challenges that our athletes face as professionals in a developing sport. Given that our athletes have a short professional career, given that our athletes are not always provided with the high performance support needed to maximize their potential and given that our athletes do always not have the resources to invest in professional development, a need has surfaced to provide our athletes with the support needed to maximize their development on and off the field.  I want to be part of the solution to this problem.
