Troy started playing rugby at Pulborough Rugby Club when he was 6 years old. Since then he has played with Eton College, London Wasps Academy, Cal Bears and now currently professionally with Rugby United New York.
The transition into Professional rugby is so much more than just about the rugby, so I believe that the AC is a service that has the potential to help individuals succeed holistically. As such a young league, the MLR inherently has a lot of draw backs and therefore offering support and guidance in other facets of professional sport will give athletes a better opportunity to thrive and develop.
